Zello Shipping Policy
How much are shipping costs?
We offer FREE shipping for all orders over $75 AUD.
Orders below these totals will be calculated at checkout pending your location, and preference for express or standard shipping.
How long does shipping take?
Your order will be processed and dispatched from our Brisbane warehouse within 1 business day.
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email which will include a live tracking number. For standard shipping, typical transit times are between 2-5 business days.
Please note, once deliveries have left our warehouse, they are in the responsibility of Australia Post. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are left unattended by Australia Post. For enquiries regarding packages that have been marked as 'delivered', you will need to enquire directly with Australia Post.
If your package has been returned to our warehouse from the post office, you will be responsible for paying the re-shipping cost back to you.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please get in touch with the team at contact@drinkzello.com as soon as you possible so we can fix this as soon as possible. Please include your order number and some pictures of the products so we can expedite the process for you.
Do you offer international shipping?
We do not ship internationally at this stage but we'd love to hear from you and where you'd like to see Zello in future.
