Here's a couple of our most commonly asked questions about returns, refunds and product exchanges.

What is your returns policy?
If, within 14-days of purchase, you have changed your mind for any reason, you are able to return your unopened product to our warehouse in exchange for an online store credit. You will need to confirm your order number and email address to complete this process.
Returned products must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging, and must remain unopened.
Unfortunately, we do not accept any change of mind returns for opened products. Please choose your flavours carefully or consider ordering a starter pack prior to ordering a large quantity.
If Zello has supplied a product incorrectly, or a product is deemed to be damaged, faulty, or unfit for use, a return can be organised within 14-days of receiving the product.
Please be aware, unless the return is due to a damaged/faulty/unfit product, you will be responsible for all shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable postage method for your return.
After receiving your returned item, we will inspect its condition to begin processing your return. Please allow at least seven days for this process. We will notify you when it has been processed.
To begin the returns process, please email contact@drinkzello.com with your order number, the reason for return, and any photos of the damaged product (if applicable).
